Can you pick up your order in a store?

How Store Pickup Works

Place your order online and pick it up for FREE as soon as today from a GoRetail store. (Service available in 50 U.S. states, excludes other U.S. territories.)

How to use this service

  1. Choose store pickup when placing your order
  2. We’ll confirm your order by emailing you when it’s ready
  3. Pick it up at your store’s pickup desk and show a valid photo I.D.

Items Available “Pickup Today”

Items displaying “Free Pickup Today” on the website will be available within 4 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 6pm will be available for pick up the next day.

Items Available for “Pickup”

Items available for “Free Pickup” (that do not display “Today”) will be shipped for free to your store. These items will typically be available for Pickup within 3-5 days* from when your order was placed. Heavy or oversized items shipped via freight may take longer.

Things to remember about store pickup:

  • You cannot change the pickup store once the order has been placed
  • Product assembly is not included and gift wrapping is not available
  • Products may be larger than expected due to packaging. Please consider this when choosing the vehicle you use to pick up your order
